Our Manufactured Housing Division was formed with one Soul Purpose. To deliver to our customers using today's technology and proven systems, the finest service available in the Manufactured Housing Industry today.

It's owner Bob Schubert started working in the industry back in 1976 when Pheasant Lake Estates, located in Beecher, IL. originally named Pheasant Meadows was just beginning development. During employment, duties included and were not limited to: Placement and set up of New Mobile Home Units, All Plumbing and Electrical connections at Ground to Mobile, Installation of Skirting Systems. Roofing and interior work as necessary to put together 3/4 and double wide units. Concrete work i.e. mobile home pads, garage pads, Sidewalks and Driveways. Installation of Water Mains and Sewage Systems throughout its south end.

Through the years I have ventured into the building and remodeling field. I have held Union cards both in Local 11 - United Union of Roofers Waterproofers and Allied Workers and Carpenters Local 434. Using all of this EXPERIENCE we are able to extend to you.
